Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to minimise creasing.
Iron on low if desired: though most creases drop out naturally after making the bed.
Do not use fabric softener. It coats the fibres and actually reduces softness over time.
Cotton sateen can feel softer with washing and use. Follow the care label to help maintain the fabric.

The print is what drew me to these sheets, and the perfectly apt name. They look exactly like something my Nana would have had in the 70's. They are so soft, slightly silky and look amazing on our new doona. The packaging was so lovely and a personalised letter was the first thing I noticed when I opened the package...
