Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders over $200 within Australia via our postal partner Australia Post, otherwise we offer a very reasonable $9 postage and we pay the rest for orders under $200.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, generally within 1 - 2 business days of order placement but can be a little longer during busy times such as online sales and new collection arrivals.

It will typically take approximately 2 - 5 business days to receive your order once it has left our warehouse. However, orders to the west coast of Australia and rural/regional destinations can take up to 11 days.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We recommend shipping to a a location where someone will be present to sign for your order, such as a work address.

If this is not possible please leave instructions during checkout giving authority to leave without a signature. This will be at your own risk.

Please note that during holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

 

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return to us for a full refund less shipping costs. (Unless faulty, then it's a free return - details below).

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

Email at hello@beddie.com.au stating item details and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to our warehouse. 

Faulty Item

Our quality control is very strict, but sometimes things can slip past, so, if in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will email you a return post label at no cost to you.

Please contact us as soon as you inspect the items after delivery and let us know the details - order number, description of issue and a few pics if possible.  hello@beddie.com.au
