Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders over $350 within Australia via our postal partner Australia Post, otherwise we offer a very reasonable $15 postage and we pay the rest for orders under $350.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, generally within 1 - 2 business days of order placement but can be a little longer during busy times such as online sales and new collection arrivals.

It will typically take approximately 2 - 5 business days to receive your order once it has left our warehouse. However, orders to the west coast of Australia and rural/regional destinations can take up to 11 days.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We recommend shipping to a a location where someone will be present to sign for your order, such as a work address.

If this is not possible please leave instructions during checkout giving authority to leave without a signature. This will be at your own risk.

Please note that during holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return to us for a full refund less shipping costs. (Unless faulty, then it's a free return - details below).

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

Email at hello@beddie.com.au stating item details and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to our warehouse.

Faulty Item

Our quality control is very strict, but sometimes things can slip past, so, if in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will email you a return post label at no cost to you.

Please contact us as soon as you inspect the items after delivery and let us know the details - order number, description of issue and a few pics if possible. hello@beddie.com.au.

Natural gingham linen

Comforting

The print is what drew me to these sheets, and the perfectly apt name. They look exactly like something my Nana would have had in the 70's. They are so soft, slightly silky and look amazing on our new doona. The packaging was so lovely and a personalised letter was the first thing I noticed when I opened the package... Very well made. The print is of a good clarity and colour. The zipper on the duna cover is so much better than buttons and I appreciate the internal ties for my quilt. Definitely happy to keep buying from Beddie.

Fresh and fantastic! (The sheets AND the service)

Beddie made this really painless.. Unlike other companies I've bought off *cough* Bed Threads *cough* was delivered swiftly,no need to chase up my order. And the sheets look as rad as they do in the pictures etc. And they gave me a personalised card. Cool, retro design. Gonna buy the whole set!
