Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to minimise creasing.
Iron on low if desired: though most creases drop out naturally after making the bed.
Do not use fabric softener. It coats the fibres and actually reduces softness over time.
Cotton sateen can feel softer with washing and use. Follow the care label to help maintain the fabric.

I bought the mellow yellow sheets and pillow cases, and they are so nice! They are soft and comfortable, and the sheets fit my Queen bed perfectly. The colour is lovely - a soft buttercup yellow, not too bright, but a true yellow not mustard. I'll be back for one of the Beddie doona covers!
Finally found a set of true yellow sheets! Colour and fabric are vibrant and soft. No change after washing either, zero color fade and softness remains the same. Loving my new Beddie purchases!
Deb at Beddie is so helpful and generous. I bought the Mellow Yellow pillow cases and king doona cover and honey pillowcases for my first order. Then I bought Bloom king fitted and flat sheets and pillow cases. Both times my order arrived within a week, were packaged very nicely with a lovely note. The quality is incredible. The sheets are thick and sateen - exactly what I wanted. I love the retro prints and I normally buy vintage sheets but I couldn't go past Beddie because of the modern sizing and gorgeous patterns. The fitted sheets have deep sides, the elastic is thick and generous. There was no straining and pulling to get the sheet over the mattress, no skimping on quality or quantity. And I actually bought these sheets as a Christmas present for myself and my partner but I've already put them on the bed. I couldnt resist. So I've just bought a third colour/pattern.... Flower Child. I also love the labels on the fitted sheet to tell you which is the long side and the zipper on the doona cover. They've though of everything that makes great bedding!
